Selcom ID provides digital identity verification and authentication services including but not limited to:

• User registration and account management
• Identity verification through various channels
• Secure authentication services
• API access for third-party integrations
• Support and customer service

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Selcom ID services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfering with the proper functioning of our services

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selcom Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Selcom Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

9Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

10Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
